Creating a community for renters at New Islington

06 April 2021
A 3 minute read by David Morgan

At New Islington in Manchester, we’ve been working hard to create a real community; the place is filled with great people, great businesses, great green space, water space and more – and now we’re welcoming our newest residents here as we rent out 15 brand new apartments in our Mansion House.

While the homes themselves are of great appeal (high ceilings, space, balconies, dual-aspect views…), we’ve also added to the appeal by partnering with two, likeminded businesses, to offer our tenants some additional benefits.

Apartments at Mansion House in New Islington are now available to rent

First up, we’ve partnered with community engagement app ARK, via which our residents will be able to tap into a range of discounts in the neighbourhood, including discounts at Soul Coffee, Kettle Bell Kitchen, Ancoats Coffee and Urban Reform gym.

Secondly, we’re super proud to be working with the Social Supermarket whose sustainable produce will feature in a welcome pack gifted to all new renters at Mansion House. Social Supermarket retails brands with ethics and a social purpose, with each product telling its own story.

All homes come with high ceilings, lots of space, balconies and dual-aspect views

The new rental apartments can be viewed by booking a Covid-safe viewing now. Take a look at what's currently available for rent here.
