We’re thrilled to announce that our Grade I Listed Melville at the heart of Royal William Yard has been shortlisted in the Economy and Heritage categories at the RTPI Awards. Our plans for a new public sector hub in Swansea have been approved this week. The building is the first in a series of transformations across the city, and permits the creation of a five-storey, 47,964 sq ft mixed-use building at the former St David’s Shopping Centre.
