This striking new structure in Cambridgeshire is the House by Urban Splash pavilion. Designed using super sustainable CLT, the space offers an immersive brand experience for customers at Inholm, Northstowe, where our Town House homes are now on sale. It symbolises our belief in design and is the first point of contact for all of our customers. “The pavilion is part of our mission to do things differently” says our head of design Olly Wigglesworth.

New Islington has been named the country’s ‘best regeneration’ project at the Planning Awards. In our quest to help homeowners Live Well by Design™, we’ve appointed former Director of RIBA North, Suzy Jones, as director of a new division of House by Urban Splash dedicated to the future of how we live.
