Welcoming the Prince’s Trust to our Beehive Mill in Manchester

19 September 2019

Since we acquired Beehive Mill in Manchester - former home to the legendary nightclub Sankey’s - we’ve been transforming it into great workspaces for modern businesses.

This week, we were proud to watch our tenant the Prince’s Trust open their space at the building. Spanning two floors, this impressive space is the Trust’s first ever Manchester centre and will assist the team in their quest to help young people from across the city.

The launch event was a celebration of the work that’s been done - and what’s to come; Mayor Andy Burnham, XFactor star and radio presenter Fleur East were amongst those who spoke to acknowledge what a great centre it is, while the Trust’s young people spoke about how the organisation had helped change their lives.

I handle our commercial lettings and each day I see the work our tenants do and the way in which they make our workspaces their own; seeing what the Prince’s Trust have done made me really proud and we’re certain they’re set for great success in Manchester - all to the benefit of young people across the city.

If you want to join the Prince’s Trust, we have some more workspaces remaining in Beehive, you can find out more about them here.
