Most developers would have popped up a portakabin to sell their homes from, but we wanted our customer’s first impressions of our sales suite to have the same ‘wow’ effect as the apartments. We based our team in the Pod until 2008, during which time we sold over 500 homes from the landmark Manchester building - which stands overlooking the Mancunian Way.

The 1,229 sq ft space has since been home to a range of other businesses, keen to take on the fantastic opportunity that comes with having your company's branding displayed on one of Manchester's busiest roads.
