Please note that for the most part, we rely on managing agents to reply to resales enquiries on our behalf. A list of the agents that manage our buildings is shown below. We would recommend that you contact them with any queries in the first instance.

If your building is not listed above, it is likely that we are no longer the landlord, and you will need to direct your enquiry to the managing agent or new landlord for that building.

Landlord / Management Packs
We do not issue Landlord Packs or Management packs. Please contact the relevant managing agent for these.
Landlord’s certificates
We do issue Landlord’s certificates for our Relevant Buildings, which are highlighted with an * on the above table. If you require one of these, please email us at residentialresales@urbansplash.co.uk.
We would ask that you send us your completed Leaseholder Deed of Certificate as part of your request using the government’s template. Details below.

Please note that we will normally deal with requests for Landlord’s Certificates within 10 working days of receipt, though sometimes it may take up to 4 weeks. If you have not received a reply within 10 working days, please feel free to contact us for an update.
Consents and restrictions – Land Registry
If you have a query about a restriction on the transfer of a property, please contact us on residentialresales@urbansplash.co.uk.
We may redirect you to the relevant managing agent, so again it is normally worth checking in with them in the first instance.
