Award winning regeneration company Urban Splash has announced it is creating a range of new jobs around the country.

The developer is about to complete schemes in Leeds, Bristol and Manchester and launching new homes in Sheffield. To help with their launch the company is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their busy team selling and letting homes in these fantastic developments.

Nicola Wallis, director of sales at Urban Splash, said: “These are very exciting times for Urban Splash. We have some superb homes which will soon be available and we can’t wait to unveil them to the world. We want to find sales people who really understand our brand and are passionate about our homes. “

The schemes completing soon include the second building at Saxton in Leeds, waterside homes within Lakeshore, Bristol’s former Imperial Tobacco factory, and the newly built Pattern House in Stalybridge. There’ll also be the first new homes to buy at the redevelopment of Park Hill in Sheffield. Each will have affordable options under the Urban Splash ‘Funky and Affordable’ offer, with details soon to be announced.

Added Nicola: “Our customers are important to us and we are looking to employ people who will ensure the Urban Splash customer experience is a great one. We want to find somebody who shares in our passion of making homes more widely available.

“We have a reputation for high quality homes and delivering them through affordable options. We are proud of the commitment we’ve shown to this and look forward to working with our new sales team on future products in the coming months.”
