First ever homes go on sale at East Float – as Urban Splash and Peel L&P joint venture launches to buyers at Wirral Waters
The modern housebuilder, House by Urban Splash, will launch the first homes for sale at East Float next month, a new quarter within the Northbank neighbourhood at Peel L&P’s Wirral Waters in Merseyside.
A launch event on 10 July will give customers their first opportunity to take a tour of the East Float quarter, which House by Urban Splash is creating in joint venture partnership with Peel L&P. Customers will also be able to tour the new sales pavilion – an iconic structure featuring immersive brand experiences, including screens on which customers can explore various layouts of the homes.
All of the new homes on sale are being created in the House by Urban Splash factory, before being delivered to East Float over the summer. Among them are the three storey Town House homes, and the Row House – a new property type coming first to Merseyside.
Both house types have been designed by Liverpool-based architects shedkm and prices start from just £210,000 for a two storey Row House home, while the Town House homes are priced from £345,000.

In a bid to accommodate the changing ways we live, each of the homes on sale offer customers choice, with a range of layouts available. The Town House homes offer open plan options, up to five bedrooms and home offices; there is a garden living option – a traditional layout with living spaces downstairs – or loft living – with bedrooms are on the ground floor and open plan living areas upstairs. Each of them boasts unrivalled views over the Mersey thanks to the neighbourhood’s location right on the water’s edge.
The brightly coloured, red Row House homes are a tribute to the Victorian mews and will be available in three sizes; there is a two-storey option, a two and a half storey which offers residents a roof terrace, and the largest three storey home. Residents will also benefit from private terraces as well as spacious communal gardens for their use.
