New-nique homes launched at Albert Mill

The company has teamed up with architect Maurice Shapero to create two stunning lofts which have been designed to an exceptionally high specification and incorporate all of the fabulous original features expected from a Grade II listed building.

Each apartment boasts bespoke design elements including unique bathroom lighting, ‘jigsaw doors’ and an innovative approach to layout using unique partitions.

It’s the first time that any fitted out properties have been marketed at Albert Mill with other homes at the building originally being marketed as shell space, designed and fitted out by their owners allowing customers to create their own home. The apartments are part of the final wave of available units at Albert Mill; with a further eight lofts being designed with a similar fit out.
