One month’s free waterfront living with Urban Splash

    02 March 2009

Urban Splash has released a new wave of rental properties at Royal William Yard in Plymouth.

An open evening will be held to show off the new apartments on Thursday 5th March from 5.30pm until 8.30pm and in a special offer, anybody who signs up for a pad on the night will be entitled to their first month’s rent free.

The stunning waterfront scheme comprises a number of historic buildings, each of which is being converted by Urban Splash into stunning apartments, restaurants, bars, galleries and office spaces.

The apartments are in two buildings; Brewhouse and Mills Bakery, each of which offers high specification, airy, loft style apartments, boasting original restored features from Sir John Rennie’s original building, which was constructed in 1825. Granite and limestone walls arched windows and exposed timber roof beams are impressively contrasted with modern design. The pads offer unrivalled views of the harbour too.

Richard Oakes of Urban Splash said: “The current market means that customers are more inclined to rent than buy, so its great to be able to help them, not only by releasing new, high quality apartments to the market, but also by offering one month’s free rent.

“The apartments at Royal William Yard are of an incredibly high standard and they’re situated in a great location overlooking the water and within a growing, vibrant new community.”

Royal William Yard is one of Plymouth’s most famous locations, from its intriguing naval history through to modern exhibition space and art galleries which have moved into the Yard following the ongoing redevelopment programme by Urban Splash.
