“It’s been a full circle experience for us”
Upping sticks and moving to another country may not be the done thing for many first-time buyers, but for Phil and his partner, renting out their apartment with Urban Splash was the final piece of the puzzle in their time at Saxton.
“I first heard of Saxton through friends who were already living there, and they did nothing but rave about the place so I knew it must be something special,” Phil told us.

After a year of calling Saxton home, Phil and his partner decided to purchase an apartment and make their connection to the building more permanent. The year after, with a move to Sweden on the cards, the pair opted to rent out their home.
