Urban Splash invites you for a portion of Chips
Award winning regeneration company Urban Splash is hosting a lunch at Chips in Manchester, giving businesses and property agents in the City a chance to see the range of commercial space on offer.
The lunch will be held from 12.30 - 2pm on Thursday 1st October and businesses are invited to take tours of the shell space available at the building, as well as taking a wider look around the striking colourful addition to Manchester’s skyline. Office units are available from 1,525 sq ft, there is also a 6266 sq ft space designed for a bar/restaurant use. Lynn Haime, associate director at Urban Splash said: “The residential community at Chips is really starting to build up now and that vibrancy will create the ideal setting for businesses looking for contemporary space in the City.
“We decided to market the units as shells to allow occupiers to take charge of their layouts and ensure that the space is tailored to their own needs. Its something that’s proved successful at schemes in our Castlefield portfolio, such as Albert Mill where first occupiers Ollier Smurthwaite have just completed a fit out, and we’re certain that it will prove as popular here.”
