Urban Splash strengthens commercial and residential lettings teams
Award-winning regeneration company Urban Splash has announced the appointment of two new colleagues to its commercial and residential lettings divisions.
Ryan Leigh joins the Manchester-based commercial team, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Limetree Property Group, The Arch Company, and Grainger PLC. Ryan’s expertise will enhance Urban Splash’s ongoing efforts to cement its presence in the commercial sector, with continued investment in properties such as Waulk Mill in Manchester and the Vanilla Factory in Liverpool, where both buildings have recently benefited from new facilities and upgrades to meet the needs of modern businesses.
The residential lettings team is also strengthened with the arrival of Abigail Adae, who will assist in managing Urban Splash’s expansive portfolio of homes across eight UK cities. With 344 new move-ins during the last financial year and occupancy rates exceeding 96%, Abigail will support business growth, drawing on her experience from previous roles.
