We’re celebrating a full house at our iconic and multi-award winning Tea Factory in Liverpool thanks to recent deals, including 1,009 sq ft of space with water filtration company, Renewell Water UK Ltd, and a further 2,976 sq ft of space with Inside Marketing.
Originally transformed into 64,079 sq ft of exciting mixed use workspace 20 years ago, the space has since undergone refurbishment, with help from our friends at shedkm, making it ones of the city’s most popular work locations.
Tea Factory has continued to attract businesses of all kinds, from international companies to co-working freelancers – something we know is thanks to its location near to excellent public transport links and car parks, as well as offering so many amazing features. From high speed fibre broadband to new common and break out spaces, a meeting room, as well as high specification communal kitchens - all of which employ rigorous health and safety measures to ensure a safe working environment for all. And that’s not to mention on-site independent coffee shop, Mother too.
