This is Row House, the fourth product in the House by Urban Splash range of modern homes. There are three types of Row House to choose from; two storey, two and a half storey with a large roof terrace, and three storey. Behind the bold, red façade are the same super high ceilings and large windows you’re used to. The very first Row House homes are coming to East Float at Wirral Waters in Merseyside, and it won’t be long before they pop up at some more of our new neighbourhoods across the country.

Businesses have still continued to move into, and retain their spaces in our commercial portfolio, with our team securing more than 50,000 sq ft of lettings across the country last year. Many of the deals were achieved in the last quarter of 2020 at buildings including Matchworks in Liverpool, and Timber Wharf and Beehive Mill in Manchester. We’ve also confirmed two more lettings at Tea Factory in Liverpool which means that the building is now fully let.

We precision engineer each floor, adding kitchens, bathrooms and a lick of paint. Then, after a mere 3,383 quality checks, customer homes leave the factory before being driven to neighbourhoods like New Islington, Port Loop or Inholm. Avro is a listed building that's packed with Manchester industrial heritage. Once home to the AV Roe aviation company – not to mention the little-known clerk LS Lowry. We’re now reinventing the space, creating 31 new homes – some of the largest in the city.
