We’re creating 58 new apartments in Birmingham

These brand-new images show the work we’ve been doing to create 58 new homes at Mansion House – the latest addition to the award-winning Port Loop neighbourhood in Birmingham. Teaming up with Places for People, we're onsite creating apartments overlooking the Birmingham Canal close to the Port Loop park and YARD, the city's inaugural Art House. Designed by shedkm architects, these homes will hit the market this summer. Register now to express your interest.

New homes coming to Campbell Park in Milton Keynes

A first look at our first homes in Milton Keynes

We’ve unveiled revised plans for a new neighbourhood at Campbell Park in Milton Keynes. Working with our partners Glenbrook we hope to create 400 new homes across five buildings, as well as a café, canalside restaurant and a new cycleway that will connect the existing Redway network. Our plans also protect local wildlife, with biodiversity improvements, green roofs, and new wildflower meadows. We’ll hold a public consultation in Milton Keynes this week; if you’re in the area we’d love to meet you.

Welcoming our newest Urban Splash colleagues

Welcoming our newest colleagues

We’ve grown our Urban Splash team this month – welcoming colleagues old and new into the business. David Warburton rejoins as development director following a period of secondment at Urban Splash from 2020 - 2022. Bringing experience from Homes England and the West Midlands Combined Authority, David will help deliver the regeneration of several sites in Swansea. Other new appointments include asset manager Peter Hadfield who joins from Peel L&P, and Suzie Scott who joins as Executive Assistant, supporting the directors and executive board. We're also on the lookout for a Residential Sales Consultant to join our team.

Halogico Saunas - now at Royal William Yard, Plymouth

New deals across our Urban Splash workspaces

We’ve completed deals on almost 9,000 sq ft of space in our commercial portfolio, letting the final space at Richmond Street in Manchester, and completing deals at Boat Shed in Salford Quays and across several of our workspaces in Liverpool. Meanwhile, at Royal William Yard in Plymouth, Halogico Saunas (pictured) has brought its wood-fired sauna concept to the city for the first time.

We're at UKREiiF in Leeds this month

Colleagues including Suzy Jones, Guy Ackernley and Tom Bloxham MBE will head to Leeds later this month for the annual UKREiiF property event. Among the diary highlights is an immersive debate on cultural ecosystems and large-scale regeneration – something which our director of future Suzy Jones will speak at on the morning of 22nd May. If you’re at UKREiiF and want to meet up, please drop us a line.
