One month's rent free at Pattern House

    10 December 2013

Award winning regeneration company Urban Splash is spreading Christmas cheer with the news that it is offering a month’s rent free to customer’s signing up for an apartment at Pattern House in Stalybridge.

The offer will run for a limited period only and is available to all new customers moving into the building, which stands alongside the converted Longlands textile mill on Caroline Street in the town.

The month’s rent free is available to all tenants who agree to a 12-month tenancy as Janet Shane of Urban Splash explained: “At this financially demanding time of year we wanted to pass on this early present to prospective tenants and I am delighted to be able to announce the details of it today.”

It is the latest way Urban Splash has helped residents in Tameside, as Janet continued: “As a company we strive to make our homes accessible and this offer is in addition to our broad suite of affordable products such as Rent to Homebuy – another option to customers at Pattern House.”

Pattern House is contemporary in its design; apartments are spacious and there are floor-to-ceiling windows throughout with some properties laid out over two floors. One of the most endearing features is the building’s juxtaposition of city style living with a countryside backdrop – thanks to the nearby Peak District.

Janet added: “Longlands is proving a popular choice amongst customers who want spacious homes with the standards of urban living, but with the freedom and outdoor space that comes with suburbia. It really does give modern dwellers the best of both worlds”

The stunning waterside scheme is also flanked by the Ashton Canal and just a few minutes walk from Stalybridge train station which offers direct services to Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds.
