Urban Splash confirms 40,000 sq ft of new lettings

Award-winning regeneration company Urban Splash has announced more than 40,000 sq ft of lettings in its North West portfolio; taking its total lettings for the past year to 100,000 sq ft.

More than 32,000 sq ft of the deals have been completed on properties in Liverpool, where the company has let space in the Ropewalks area of the city to tenants including beauticians SLK, quantity surveyors Bladon and Kirkham and app developer Kalo Digitial.

Meanwhile in Manchester, a raft of deals has been completed at Ducie House where fashion company Post Apparel Ltd, OH Assist, an occupational health business and Marshall Construction have all moved into the building. It takes the total deals done this year at Ducie House to 25, leaving just three units remaining.

Speaking of them, Urban Splash commercial lettings manager Nicky Harries said: “I’m pleased that we’re now in a position to announce details of all of these great businesses joining our portfolio. Our developments in Manchester and Liverpool – and all around the country for that matter – are peppered with dynamic organisations who help our schemes come to life.”

Other lettings include City Court, an industrial development on the fringe of Manchester city centre, where Urban Splash has let the scheme’s final 2,355 sq ft unit to couriers Paradise Parcels.
