We’ve now fully let Beehive Mill in Manchester. A Manc legend, the building was once home to Sankey’s nightclub but we’ve since restored it to create more than 40,000 sq ft of workspace – the last of which has now been let. The lettings are part of a total 13,500 sq ft of deals completed across our portfolio this month - including 5,000 sq ft at the Vanilla Factory and Matchworks buildings in Merseyside.
