The team at Glenn Howells Architects in Birmingham

Meet the team behind Brick House: Glenn Howells Architects

We’ve collaborated with Birmingham architects Glenn Howells to design Brick House at Port Loop; Glenn’s team designed Timber Wharf, our head office in Manchester, and helped us transform the Rotunda building. Now, he’s helped us create Brick House, combining traditional Georgian design features with modern finishes, with a brick façade reflecting the heritage of the local area.

Our £100m investment into Park Hill in Sheffield continues with the news that planning has been granted for S1 Artspace’s Park Hill Art Space. A first look at Copper Building, Lakeshore

In just a few weeks’ time we’ll complete our work at the Copper Building in South Bristol. The bronze-clad structure features 136 homes, each of them offering open plan living spaces, lots of light - thanks to floor-to-ceiling south facing windows in the lounge area – while penthouses on the upper floors offer duplex living. Next month, we’ll be opening the building and giving you a chance to look around the final homes on sale; register now to find out more.

Royal William Yard in Plymouth

Royal William Yard - one of Lonely Planet's top UK attractions

Lonely Planet has included our Royal William Yard in Plymouth in The Ultimate United Kingdom Travel List. The book celebrates the Yard’s cafes, restaurants and bakeries – as well as the Royal William Yard passenger ferry. It’s ranked alongside other major attractions including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Hadrian’s Wall and the Giant’s Causeway. Events like our Weekend of Wonders - pictured above and hosted last weekend - are one of the many reasons for the Yard’s inclusion in the book.
